- .75 oz Honey syrup (3 to 1)
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Suze
- 3 Dashes Lavender bitter
- 1 Dash Grapefruit bitter
- 1 Egg White
Garnish
- Grapefruit peel
Instructions
- Dry shake
- Double strain into a chilled coupe
- Garnish with grapefruit peel
