Espresso martini

Legend has it that in the late 80s a supermodel asked Dick Bradsel for a drink that would “wake me up and then f**k me up”. When I was fresh out of college Shoreditch was the hot spot in london we used to go to Callooh Callay where I got addicted to espresso martinis. Charlotte Voisey makes great use of frangelico to give us a less lethal version

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Stoli Vanilla
  • 1 oz Frangelico
  • 1 oz Cold espresso
  • .5 oz Half and half
  • .25 oz Simple syrup
