This is a fairly heavy rework of Douglas Ankrah’s recipe. I dialed down the vodka and swapped passoa for Force43 to get a more of a layered taste.
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Passion fruit juice
- 1 oz Vodka
- .75 oz Force 43
- .75 oz Vanilla simple syrup
- .5 oz Lime juice
Garnish
- 1/2 Passion fruit
Side
- 1 shot Champagne
Instructions
- Shake all the ingredients
- Double strain in a chilled coupe
- Garnish with half a passion fruit and serve with a shot of champagne
