A classic tiki drink that was created in 1975 in Singapore. The dark rum was replaced by pineapple rum.

  • 1.5 oz Stiggin' fancy pineapple rum
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • ,75 oz Campari
  • .5 oz Lime juice
  • .5 oz Demerrera syrup

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Tomato juice
  • 1.5 oz Vodka
  • 0.5 oz Bloody mary mix
  • 0.25 oz Lemon juice

  • 2 tsp English mustard

Gimlet Green

Charlotte Voisey always has some good recipes tucked up her sleeve. This spicy cucumber gimlet seems to have gone mostly under the radar when it was published on youtube.

Ingredients

  • 1.75 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • .25 oz Ancho verde
  • .5 oz Simple syrup
  • .75 Cucumber juice
  • .75 Lemon juice
  • .5 Corn water

Corn water

  • 1 can Whole kernel corn

Instructions

  • Shake all the ingredients
  • Serve in a coupe
  • Garnish with micro greens and an edible flower.

Corn water

  • Blend a can of corn and then filter it (or pass it through a centrifugal juicer)

Pimm’s cup

Employees Only has reworked the pimm’s cup (they have 3 different ones in their book).

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No 1
  • 1 oz ginger ale
  • .75 oz Cointreau
  • .75 oz Lime juice
  • 3 cumber wheels
  • 6 mint leaves

Instructions

  • Construct in the glass.

Notes

There’s also a batched version for larger group that contains more fruits.
